In the wake of centuries of sleep, Lilith, Mother of Demons Reborn by Hydra through a twist of dark magic and science. Lilith stops at nothing to fulfill an old prophecy, and to return her demon master Chthon. The Avengers are near the point of collapse, and are desperate to get aid from the Midnight Suns, Blade Magik, Blade, Magik, and Ghost Rider, who were youngsters with supernatural roots who were created to stop the predictions Lilith wants to fulfill. They bring back an old warrior together – The Hunter The Hunter, Lilith’s child who has been abandoned and the sole hero to defeat Lilith.
